At UniquelyMed, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Invoice or proof of purchase is required.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (except manufacturing defect)
• Customized products
• Clearance or sale items

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
